Use on 5" & 5-1/2" extended through bolt motors to gain additional length to fit old base.
Kit contains the following:

Adapter plate with mounting ring
4 split rings
8 nuts
4 lock washers

Fits 5" motors with a 90 degree bolt pattern
And 5-1/2" motors with 60-120 degree and 90 degree bolt patterns
